In many cases the secondary bathrooms are also fitted with double sink foreseeing their use by more than one person at a given time. There are also wash rooms in the split-level homes in which there are no secondary bathrooms in the bottom floor as to be of service to the “day area”.

The tiling will comprise matte dark-toned ceramic both on the floor and walls which, depending on the case may be in combination with some areas in matte smooth white plastic paint.

The hot sanitary water and heating is centrally produced by a gas boiler to

be aided also with the installation of solar thermal panels on the roof, with clear benefits such as energy saving and the fact that it is a completely renewable energy respectful to the environment.

In the bedrooms the flooring will be dark-toned wood in contrast with the white matte skirting board and walls, as it is in the lounge.

All master bedrooms contain a walk-in wardrobe which, as well as the secondary bedroom wardrobes, will be lined with laminate wood and will have white matte finish doors.
