The attractive exterior design continues towards the inside were both homes and common areas have been meticulously laboured in order to obtain clean-shaped spaces and broad volumes.

A single access is considered from the outside, through which to reach the three lift halls via a glass corridor which runs parallel to the garden.

This layout allows for a continuous and unified main façade as well as increased security, better deployed communication areas and an outstandingly high use of natural light.

Hence the reception area acquires greater importance and could function as the building conciergerie.
